No comment on a large portion of the SPG email systems being broken, since I don't know. I'll take EuropeanPete's word for it. Regardless for any stay if you're missing a receipt, your best bet is to call the property directly and request one. They should be able to email you a receipt immediately. If the property has a working email address, you can also request via email though good old fashion phone call is the most reliable.
