Never got a receipt from last stay at Le Meridien Indianapolis...
So, at check out from the last stay at Le Meridien Indianapolis, I was asked if i wanted the receipt sent via mail which I foolishly said yes to (my mail is correct in my account as spam mails always find their way) and ofcourse it never arrived.
I sent a request through the SPG member page requesting a copy of the invoice and never received as much as an acknowledgement. On top of this, the hotel manager "promised" me X number of points for some feedback I gave in regards to my stay which I haven't seen either.
All I want (well, actually need) is a copy of the invoice, so not sure what to do next...
