The agent put me on hold for a couple of minutes and tell me he is going to "fight" for me
So I got 10000 miles to be on my account on the next transfer. I should have asked for more as I had 37k of spending the last twelve months.

And tonight, I got my account updated following my application to amex platininum with 50k miles bonus.
