Okay, my rental is complete. Everybody saying to go to the Aisle was correct.

Actually I tried to wait in line at the counter, but the agent insisted Emerald Club members go to the Aisle. I said my reservation said to come to the counter, and he hesitated for a bit, but told me to go to the Aisle anyway.

The agent at the exit booth wanted my credit card (which was new) and nothing else was out of the ordinary.
