UC membership provides access to *A Business Lounge, the card needs to show Star Lounge logo which is on the physical card and the Android app but not the iPhone app. Were you declined at the lounge or was this a question in advance?

Others have reported success.
Note Chase one-time UC access passes will not qualify, needs to be a full UC membership and I would suggest having the physical card.
