Tumi Repair Response

Recently sent an inquiry to Tumi with assistance of needing repairs to my roller bag, I purchased 1.5 years ago, included product ID number and brief description stating the stitching is coming apart 2.5 weeks ago with no response. Anyone had success with reaching Tumi to honor their warranty?
