I know some of this may be more of an Air Miles question than a Marriott one, but since I am looking to book Marriott rooms I will ask it here anyway.
I was looking at burning a bunch of Air Miles for some nights at the Laguna in Bali and had some questions.
I assume this will be considered a 3rd party TA booking and not qualify for Elite benefits? Not a big deal as I am booking two room, the other with points.
Also, I noticed when looking at the booking site there were many options for rooms and some of them had Breakfast in the rate title, and the the Laguna has a Breakfast included rate, however every booking also had 'room only, no breakfast' in the description. This seems odd as the one with Breakfast in the title cost more points. Seemed like a generic line added to every rate with no consideration if the rate actually included breakfast.
Anyone booked a room this way and can share experience?
