Oddly i think the answer is no. When you book an itinerary that involves a flight that does not have a premium cabin, you're not going to be able to carry those benefits over to the premiumless flight. I've done plenty of trips where the first segment was in F class and the second segment was on a ER4 or CRJ with no F class. You wont be able to board in an advanced priority group and your FF mile accrual will be as if you booked coach.
