Probably part of the laid-back Hawaii life-style but fly first class on Aloha (or be whatever it is they call their premiers -- help TropicalFlyer) and you get the code to enter the clubs -- and they are unattended. Only coffee/juice and soda but geez I miss it soooooo muchly!!!!!
