Hi,

Ticketed this back in April, upon seat selection just yesterday and found that there is a schedule changed for BR sector whilst the OS sector is unconfirmed. Called both Avianca and Austrian Airlines and both are pointing the responsibilities to each other. Anyone knows by right, who's responsible for this? In the event that I need to cancel this, anyone knows how I can get to Ecuador from South East Asia or even North Asia for departures early Jan i.e. must reach there by 8/9 Jan. Desperately need a new routing and seems like the chances are very slim now given the planned trip is only less than 3 months away. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
