We returned to this property last week (three nights, Platinum status). The entire hotel has been renovated, apparently last year, to a very good standard.

No upgrade, but the hotel really was fully booked.

Bad: The drinks voucher specifically excluded not just champagne and spirits but also wine. In Spain. Very odd, and in effect excluding 90% of what the bar offers. But it worked for coffee.

Good: Almost everything. Room and furniture fresh and clean. Great showers (rain plus hand-held, no steps). Possibly the fastest hotel internet I've experienced.
