To be fair, Seatguru does say in the text that the divider is movable, and if you click on the middle CE seats it explains that it can also be a ET seat - although why it only points that out for the B seats and not the E seats is a mystery.
Seatguru seams to be very outdated on a lot of info. In this case, the text is extremely outdated, it is from the days where you had 2+3 in CE, and expandable seats. The B-seat was then not a very good option when used as ET due to the mechanics/stuffing in the seat.
