My perspective, as a regular day-flighter, but usually on AA142, is that if you change your watch just after take-off, then it's prime time for a G&T (if in AA142 MCE), or a glass of fizz (if in BA178 CW). Then lunch. Snack later. Service as most flights, big meal first, snack later. But Lunch, not breakfast. (note the capital L for Lunch).
