Hi guys,

I bought my tickets for my flight from Thailand to Perth with Silk Air / Singapore Airlines using a prepaid Virtual Visa card which I received as a gift. The payment was processed without issue. However at the end of the booking it mentioned that I may have to present the card for verification.

The card has a number and is registered to my name and my address. However, given that it is a virtual card, it is on my phone but I do not have a physical card to display. Will this be an issue?

If it is an issue, will I be denied access to board the plane or can I get the payment refunded to the virtual card and just pay with another credit card at the gate?
