The partition between CE/ET is movable and does change from flight to flight, there isn’t a fixed cabin size as shown on seatguru.

unless you are seeing an MMB seat map with only a 2x2 seat arrangement and with rows up to 1 then you are still in ET.

on an a320 rows 11 and 12 are emergency exit rows.
