Two additional properties in Toulouse, France?

Stumbled upon this newspaper article, published at almost the same date the Hampton-by-Hilton Toulouse Airport was officially announced in March 2018.

https://www.ladepeche.fr/article/201...-toulouse.html

(Use your webbrowser to translate if you like, but it says) In Toulouse a new Exposition and Convention Center is being constructed, close to the airport, called PEx – short for Parc des Expositions & Centre de Conventions de Toulouse Metropole.

According to the "la Depeche" article, Hilton has been selected for two of the onsite hotel accommodations:
  • a 115 bedroom Hampton by Hilton
  • a 150 bedroom Hilton Garden Inn
Both are expected to open in 2021.

Obviously this HbH is different from the one that has 125 bedrooms, announced at the same time. That one is currently under construction more close to the airport near the car rental companies and it is expected the open in 2019. The hotels at the Expo will have a tramway connection to the airport (T2) and downtown (T1).
