Also in the wiki at the top of this page (#4885 outlines exactly where to find the SXZ TWOV in the full version of TIMATIC, which is also extracted in the wiki). (The restiction on TWOV at SZX is that it can't be used to or from HKG or Macau.)
I did mean Schenzhen. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
