OP really needs to evaluate the door-to-door cost. He is running a business, not shipping an extra suitcase. Somebody needs to handle the entire customs mess, handle duty if there is any and arrange for delivery as not just any truck can drive into a customs shed.

This is one of those situations where the cheapest may not be the least expensive once the process is done.

Find a good freight forwarder / customs expediter and focus on the business.
