Any person with oneworld status (ruby or above) can request extra legroom, emergency exit, and other bulkhead seats free of charge. The Cathay manage booking function should allow you to request those seats, if available, once it registers your OW status. Bassinets might be blocked, but could be release by calling, with the understanding you’ll be moved if the seat is required by a passenger with infant.
