Letter of policy, IMHO, says NO.
The consistent experience has been that the post-midnight TPACs are treated as same day for purposes of lounge access.
So, for example, I got into the Polaris lounge at SFO at 10 pm Oct. 18 for a 1:00 am BR departure on Oct. 19, no problem.
