I was at the Surfrider last week. It was pretty bad. My room wasn't available until after 6PM, No maid service the entire 5 night stay. Toiletries and towels were help yourself. All restaurants and bars closed. No Valet Parking. I wrote a dissatisfaction email to my business office contact there (I stay here about 7-8 times a year). They replied with waived resort fee and 6000 points for make a green choice. Pretty sad when you're paying 400+ for a room with no services.
