Glad it worked out for you. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee it will work the same way a second time.
According to the T&Cs it should not have happened, but the property messing up doesn't mean the rules are now changed. So my take now is if you settle the bill with the property then you should get credit, if you pay via voucher from the booking engine then no. Who knows what will happen next time.
