With the change of breakfast rules, I can't speak to this hotel post-merger, but I can say that I have stayed at a Sheraton suites before (near MCO.) It did not have a lounge, so they offered me, as a Plat, a full breakfast in their restaurant. So hopefully the Key West hotel will provide the same.
