Hi There

Does anyone know if the BA gold upgrade voucher can be used for one person only, and also can it not be the owner of the voucher that uses it? In short i am travelling to Mumbai on a business trip which will be booked through my corporate travel agent, and my brother is joining me, but i want to get his ticket on my avios, so we will have to have two different bookings, so annoyingly i cant use the gold upgrade voucher for both of us, as we are not on the same booking. Therefore i was thinking to try and at least use the voucher for him only as it expires soon.
