Long brunch (with the Champagne option) is also a bit of a pastime in a number of big cities in Asia, especially Singapore where alcohol is so expensive.

A slow ~3-4hr + nibble and chat over some excellent F&B is a great way to while away a Sunday. The value can be quite good if you drink and eat a few things which would normally be a little exxy.
