Hmm.. I wonder with all the cutting backs and the bad quality of food, hopefully you are complaining to KLM customer service. I am not sure how much this will be taken seriously, but at least complaining to them about these lack of service level in 52 should be made known to them. I don't visit 52 that often to notice so can't really add, but I would assume the food served in both Schengen and non-Schengen lounge to be the same. My last experience where hot food was served in the Schengen lounge was still ok. At least the breakfast options in 52 was still ok when I visited last Sunday.
