The change in caterer in the Crown lounges has brought about almost flavourless hot food and portion control to go with it, not that I want to eat much of the stuff. They shrunk the glasses in lounge 52 as well Perhaps this is to prepare us all to start paying for food when the lounge is finished
Went to go in the smoking area and staff stopped me ,the advertised cleaning times were no more and they stopped making announcements to leave the area for cleaning ! so all had to wait for the last person to leave before cleaning could start. Thankfully the Schengen lounge still makes announcements and stick to the schedule on the door.
I've decided to go with AF for a bit and see if it is better.
