On 9/27, I booked the return portion of a trip TPA to LAS with a connection in DEN. That particular flight is no longer showing up when I search for flights TPA->LAS.

Flight 5083 2:45pm DEN to LAS
Does each leg they show up individually? If so, nothing to worry about, I've seen WN do this especially to/fro LAS, my conjecture is that they are saving/marketing the seats on other more profitable routes. You can price it as 2 one-ways and see if the fare is lower, occasionally that happens.
