On any codeshare, not just oneworld,
if you fly it as an AA flight, as shown on your ticket / boarding pass, you accrue miles just as if you were flying on AA metal. I've done this on EI, FJ, LA, QF and other airlines - to AAdvantage, it is pretty much transparent as to whether it is a codeshare or not, as long as it says AA... though there is a requirement to fly four segments during the year on AA-AE-AC metal for status as part of all that.
