I tweeted AA 30 minutes ago with a very specific problem, what happened, and screen shot of my account

Got a response:

“It can take up to 30 days for your account to reflect all of your activity after traveling. But a lot of times it can be sooner. Please give it a few days and then check back with us”

Seriously?
