Nope. Apart from the special check-in lane and priority boarding there is nothing.
Well since the airport has been extended and all the security is done in the new area it got a lot better. It still can be rather long and it depends on luck if security takes long or short. Last time I was allowed to walk past the additional check where they open your carry on, while my friends got stuck thwre for 10 minutes. But definetly not a nightmare. I mean I did get through security with a rather huge pair of scciccors there once (like the big metal ones) they got taken away in GVA when I had to go through security again for my connection flight though.
As for customs: They take their time sometimes, but there is no need to hurry, nothing you can do to make it faster.
Pretty weak imo: Even Edelweiss Air offers a lounge! However, last time I asked they said they will introduce a lounge soon. Whatever that means. The one mentioned on the website has been closed for years as far as I know.
