Er... what's a floor rest safety leg? Or is that auto correct speaking?
On some of the bigger rear-facing car seats, they have an adjustable leg on the back that is designed to go down toward the floor of the car cabin. Often such floor-resting safety leg means the car seat with such a part should not be used in a forward facing position.
