There were several different AMEX promotions running at the same time. I called to register for the 25% bonus, using the GG ONE TB... code, and was told I was registered. They explained to me that the bonus miles would post within 3 weeks after the AMEX miles were deposited to my account. I waited, but still no bonus. When I called OPSC, they told me that I was not registered for that promotion. I assured him that I was. He did some scrolling through the documentation in my account and discovered that the initial agent had registered me for the wrong promotion. He (Mr. Scott Elam) got me registered for the correct promotion, assured me that the bonus miles would post within 2 weeks, and gave me 500 bonus miles for my trouble. He is now on my "good agent" list. I'll bet this is the same thing that happened to you. Call OPSC and see if you are registered for any AMEX promotion. Chances are they tagged you for the wrong one.
