Rules and what is available completely changes when you get into those executive level positions and are negotiating your contract/benefits. I know of people (not DL but another major US airline) who have negotiated NRPS in F for personal travel in addition to business trips, including their spouse and children to a certain age. And if they remain with the organization for 10 years it continues as a retirement benefit as well.
