I actually emailed LeClub about this issue regarding the bonus points for consecutive stays back during the "APAC x3 / 1000 points at Fairmont, Raffles, Swissotel" promotion. The reason being, I had a two-night stay booked, and then added an extra night at the start of the booking, and only got bonus points for the initial single night of my stay. Why should I be punished for extending my stay at the hotel? So I sent an email.
My issue was with the following clause in the terms and conditions of the offer:
"
6. Any consecutive stays (check-out and check-in same day) in the same hotel, will be considered as a single stay. This single stay will be eligible once on the "Experience Asia Pacific" offer."
It took a while. Initially, they said "points were posted as normal", in line with the above policy:

Thank you for contacting Accor Plus Member Services.
I have looked at your booking history and the points for the stays have been correctly added to your account. The hotel has credited the points for the Pullman Shanghai Skyway the 8th of August as you had a stay in the same hotel from the 5th to the 7th and the check in of the 8th is considered as consecutive stay to your previous booking.
The same scenario has been applied to the stay with check in date 22/08 and check out the 26th.
I, however, had a different interpretation of the clause. I understood it as saying that all consecutive bookings counted as one booking. They eventually referred the matter to Head Office for clarification. In classic Accor customer support fashion, I never received an update, so I followed up a month later and I got a response from Accor Plus support today, which is below.
Dear Maelstrom,
I hope this email finds you well.
As we discussed we escalated your feedback regarding the APAC x 3 promotions and Le Club Operations Team have confirmed that if you booked a stay, and add another stay, with a check- in the same day as the initial check- out in the same hotel, you will get the points and nights for the whole stay.
For example if you initially booked 4 nights and make your check-out and check- in in the same hotel for 2 extra nights you will get the booster for 6 nights.
We added on 11/09 the courtesy bonus related to the bookings not awarded the 3 x points and I have asked for a wine voucher to be posted to your address that you can redeem it at any Accor participating restaurant.
I hope this clarifies your concerns regarding the APAC promotion and we thank you once again for your feedback and please do not hesitate to advise us if can assist you further.

So, I would urge anyone who has had previous consecutive stays, in where some or all of the stays were eligible for bonus points, to lodge missing points claims. And I urge everyone to keep a close eye on bonus point allocation for consecutive stays in future bonus points promotions.
