I noticed that my ambassador's e-mail changed from [MENTION=120589]starwoodhotels[/MENTION].com to [MENTION=590560]marriott[/MENTION]-service.com (same username) - maybe try the latter?
(You would think that the old address should also continue to work for at least a few months, but nothing about this merger is going how it should so...)
