The hotel already came back and advised they were waiting for their payment system to go LIVE. Fast response (24hr) and clear response.

I have a booking for March and it is a no cancel rate - but the charge was never taken?

I tried to reach them to check all was okay but had no response.

I have heard of this before with ASIA hotels - anyone have any experience in this regard?
