Concur with above. However if paying with £, AY has very good offers. And all of the booking classes in AY economy are upgradeable by points or vouchers. AY coverage in NA is limited but AA-AY-BA-IB cartel will be of help. Avoid LHR when connecting from HEL to NA or allow for plenty of lax between the flights.
