Just make sure your ticket has the AA flight number. Then you'll get 100% mileage.

We shouldn't have to remind anyone of this, but we do. A couple of weeks ago, someone showed up here complaining that it was unclear to them (or their friend?) that you actually had to book the AA-coded ticket and not just fly on a plane on which AA sold AA-coded tickets.
