After my faultless experience on the 777 2 weeks ago to Bangkok, I came home from Beijing on the 787 yesterday. The wifi wouldn't let me past the login screen, and the senior purser shrugged it off and sad "it's not working".

Revenue lost for KLM from anyone on yesterday's KL898 who wanted to use the "service".
