we fly the route about once a month.

Today dropped off our bags as usual in terminal 2 and went to go thru security in terminal 2 but the lady at the bottom of the stairs refused to allow us up the stairs to security. She said we were not allowed to use the security in terminal 2 and had to walk to terminal 3.

I tried to to explain that we always catch the delta shuttle and she wasn’t having it. She said you have to walk and it’s “right there”


we were already stressed and running late (got stuck in traffic for 2 hours!!) so we practically ran down to terminal 3.


Has has this changed in the last month or was she full of it
