Those don't look anything like bedbug bites to me. Bites from bedbugs are typically in tracks or groups, usually in a line or zig-zag pattern. Those bites are too spread out, and look far too swollen. Usually they're smaller, flatter bites, and almost look blotchy. The pictures look like random bites, possibly from a mosquito or maybe even an allergic reaction.
