As someone that just finished planning but is yet to take my first ever Kiwi land trip / honeymoon this coming December please pay close attention to what's stated in this thread, sheer amount of things and redundant drives you have cramped in this trip would make it a chore and not a R&R like holidays are supposed to be. You will be rushing and subliminally stressing to make the next place/tour/booking on time. Case in point : Between Day 4 and Day 12 you are going to be driving by Lake Tekapo (I just picked one common point at random) four times, a place that is 3 hours away from Queenstown without stopping.
One small change that you can make is to drive to Wanaka the day you arrive at ZQN and overnight at Wanakam this might be a cheaper option too. I would also recommend that you cancel your double tour and book one that is just the sounds and instead explore Queenstown on Day 10, drive to over to Tekapo night at Tekapo/Mt. Cook and overnight at Hermitage or somewhere close on Day 11 this was you can explore Mt. Cook like you were going to with your tour without spending extra time driving back to ZQN, for Day 12 drive over to CHC which should be ~2-3 hours drive now and arrive early in the morning like you planned.
I know at the end of the day it is your holiday and you should be able to plan it any way you want but this to me doesnot feel like a holiday, just my 2c.
