Of course not. The solution is to write re-seating logic so that when you operationally swap in an aircraft with a different configuration, you swap bulkhead for bulkhead, exit rows for exits, premium for premium, etc.
See the recent thread about the guy in row 10 (exit + premium) on the A320 who got moved to row 10 on the A321 (non exit, non-premium)... This is a problem for AS even when they aren't reconfiguring interiors. Their existing system only knows how to match row number for row number.
