I agree with this. I'm a fan of the
NeilMed sinus rinse kit. It sounds icky to send water up your nose but once I got past the thought of it, I found it really easy to do. I have allergies, so use it daily. My husband does not, so he uses it 2x/week and especially the day of and the day after flying. A doctor I know says that surfers are less inclined to nasal infections because of the sea salt water they have running thru their nasal passages. This is the same.
