WestJet president and CEO Ed Sims said the airline continued to feel the effects of passenger rebooking for months after pilots threatened to strike in May.
“Guests will typically book up to six months ahead, so I think we were still living with some effects of that as recently as the last few weeks,” Sim said during an editorial board meeting.
