It's pretty amazing AS has apparently failed to take this into account in changing the seat numbering, and is just dumping pax who were confirmed in Premium into regular seats.

Is this kind of bonehead move typical for this airline? Serious question before I credit SQ flight to AS in order to keep status for next year.
