Flying out of GVA. Typically, they do not allow buy-up on a connecting flight our of LHR in Geneva. Usually can do this @ the desk T-5 when I get to LHR, but this time my arrival AND connection is @ T-5. Want an early shot at it. Can I do this @ the BA lounge?
Yes, guest services just to your left as you enter Galleries Club South via the main entrance will be your best option.
Though I believe most customer service agents can do it now so if you're in Galleries First they can do it there too.
