Hi everyone...

So on July 1, I registered for CO's "transfer miles and get a 25% bonus."

On July 5, 50,000 miles posted from Amex to CO.

I emailed them this morning, because I've yet to get the bonus miles.

The reply came in a little bit ago:

Unfortunately, the promotion required all members to register their OnePass account for the promotion prior to their transfer from American Express no later than 7/15/04. Your account was not registered therefore, I am not able to credit the 25% bonus.

OK then. So I wrote back that I DID in fact register for this promotion - but now thinking back on it, they never gave me a confirmation code, or anything like that. It was a simple "You're now registered for this promotion" screen.

What can I do? How do I prove that I registered for it?

This ever happen to anyone else?
