Staying at Triada Palm Springs and was upgraded two days ago to a King Casita Suite. On my way there now and see I’m back to a standard room. A search of inventory shows only Queen rooms available — someone must have bought a bunch of rooms.

Guess I should have checked in on my phone like they suggested. Though if I had, could they have downgraded me after check-in?
IMO better practice is to screen shot that once you see it
